Current Workout Status

Hey everybody, I would just like to share where I’m at in my workout cycle. As of March 20, 2017 I am starting the insanity + asylum hybrid workout. I also would like to share what foods I’m eating throughout the day. I plan on posting a final results photo at the end of the workout as well.Day 1 Hybrid Workout

 

Day 1 (March 20, 2017). Today was the fit test and relief workouts. Pretty simple day. Just see where your fitness level is and get some stretching in. The entire first week is like this so I do not expect anything difficult until the second week.

Breakfast – Boost Simply Complete Dark Chocolate and Mott’s Unsweetened Applesauce
Lunch – 2 scoops of maximum vibrance powder and 1 scoop of field of greens powder mixed with 20 ounces of water
Dinner – 2 Homemade 1/4 lb Cheeseburgers on Wheat Buns and a bag of Birdseye Southwestern Style Rice
