Here I will be going over the differences in the 4 different insanity workouts that I have completed so that you can have a better understanding of which will be the right choice for you.
The 4 that I will be comparing are:
Level Of Difficulty:
1. Insanity (easiest)
2. Insanity Max 30
3. Insanity Asylum Volume 1
4. Insanity Asylum Volume 2 (hardest)
Beginners Workout: I would definitely recommend insanity if you feel you are out of shape and want a fast way to get back into shape.
Time Limited Workout: For somebody who is limited on time throughout the day I would absolutely go with Insanity Max 30. These workouts are all 30 minutes long and will give you an excellent workout.
Advanced Workout: For somebody that is already in shape I would definitely go with Insanity Asylum Volume 1 or 2. If you really want to push yourself I would go with the hybrid calendar. The hybrid calen
Insanity: This workout will give you a lot of stamina and fat loss. These workouts are intense cardio so the calories will really melt while you build the stamina to continue to push yourself further and further.
